After researching to get your device repaired and you come across iCracked, the rest of the process becomes very simple. All you must do is submit an inquiry at the iCracked website. Doing this will find your nearest technician. To submit a request all you must do is provide our protected website with your name, location, phone number, device, and device problem. Filling out this request will allow our servers to contact our nearest technicians who will then reach out by calling you to set up an appointment. Once an appointment is set our mobile technicians can then meet you at your convenience to work out the details and fix your device. Plain and simple.

#5 Question – How do I activate my warranty?

This is something your iTech should do for you. Devices receiving a new screen from iCracked are eligible for the warranty. Make sure once the repair is finished that you ask your technician about the warranty and have them enter your serial number on their iCracked App.

#10 Question – How long do repairs typically take?

  • If you choose to visit a local iCracked technician, repairs take 15 minutes to an hour (depends on iPhone model and extent of damage)
  • If you choose to Repair-by-Mail, we guarantee a 3-5 business day turnaround (depends on sender location, iPhone model and extent of damage)
  • If you choose to Do-it-yourself, customers will receive the complete repair kit and instructions within 1-2 business days, repairs usually take 45 minutes to 2.5 hours (depends on customer ability, iPhone model and extent of damage
